hopsital stay

so me and chris recentley went to the hospital to find out what was going on with our son. he was sick for almost a month and no one could tell us what was going on.. first he had a fever of 104 so we took him in.. the dr had know idea why his fever was so high so he made us go to primary children hospital to get test done and all they could say was that he had a virus and we just have to let in run its course.. soo about 3 weeks later he wasnt getting any better, though he fever went down, but he now had a cough and a stuffy nose.. and he threw up twice in a row so we took him to the er.. they took him to get and x-ray and they said that he had early sign of pneumonia. so they gave us medication but yet again he was getting any better.. so finally we had it and took him back to primary and they did even more test. turns out he had RSV and bronchoilits. they had to put him on oxygen to help him breath and he had to get a few breathing treatments.. we were at the hospital for about 3 day when they finally said we could go home but he would still have to be on oxygen for a week..but now my booga is home and feeling alot better. it sucked seeing him have to go through all this but im glad he is better!! my little boy has see the drs too many times in his 3months of life.. hopefully we wont have to do that any time soon.. i only want to go to the drs now for check ups lol.. it feels soo good to be home and seeing by boy happy!!

Christmas/ New Years

so at the last minute we decided to go down to cali for christmas.. it was just a quick weekend trip and we surprised everyone epecially Chris's mom, Michelle.. she was the main reason we wanted to go down, so she can see her grandson son. it was pretty exciting to be able to see everyone.. we miss them so much.. wish charise, brad and their little girl, gwen could have been able to come.. that would have made it that much better. little bentlee finally got to meet one of his cousin, desi's little boy jordan.. he is such a cutie pie.. cant wait for bentlee to be a little bit older so they can actually play with each other next time.. now bentlee needs to meet gwen.. eventually it will happen. we didnt really do anything thing big for new years. chris and i got to go out to dinner without bentlee, a little weird, but well worth it. we dont get to much just husband-wife time anymore, not that we really care.. we love spending all our time with our bentlee ball. one good thing happened new years bentlee finally slept for the whole nite.. 8 hours straight YAY!! he is finally sleeping longer at night... thank goodness.. what a good way to start the new year

on 12/20 bentlee had to get 3 shots on his legs.. he was such a brave little boy.. but man it was so hard for me just to watch him go through all that pain. i wish it was me getting those shots for him. he was so miserable the next couple of days..

lets see when the dr. weighed him that day he was 10lbs 10 0z.. and he was 22 1/4inches long.. my little boy is growing up soo fast.. i dont like it lol..

i went through he clothes today and started putting all the clothes that dont fit him anymore away. so pretty much all his newborn clothes and a few 3 month pjs.. he has such big feet that they dont fit in some of his pjs.. i actually had him in 6month pj the other day and the fit perfectly. i guess its time to start buying bigger stuff now,, i dont think im ready.. i want him to stay my little boy forever.. but i guess they have to grow up someday..

its crazy to think that he is almost a month old already.. i seriously feel like i just had him. but i love this kid soo much already.. who knew you could love someone so much!!
we just recently went to the drs. for a check up and he was 8lbs 13oz. 20 1/2in long. he is growing so fast. ill try to keep updating this has bentlee grows

3D ultrasounds

so about a week or so we got 3D ultrasounds done. it was pretty amazing. its so weird seeing what our little boy looks like kinda.. made me want him out even more. we both think he looks like chris with my juicy lips. heres some pictures.. hope you enjoy

update

not much really new here.. lets see tomorrow ill be 31 weeks.. crazy i cant believe how fast its going.. before we know we will be holding our little boy in our arms and im not even ready.. we have slowly started getting stuff for him.. its been a little hard cuz chris barely started working and we just now are getting caught up on all the bills but i know everything will work out we are pretty good about saving and it helps that we are living with my parents for the time being.
what else.. well we recently just had a nice little vacation to cali. man how i love it there. while we were there we had a baby shower with chris's side of the family and all of our friends. it was nice seeing everyone again. and what made our vacation even more special was chris's mom flew out his sister charise and her kid gwen.. it was so good to finally meet little gwen. she is such a cutie!! i cant wait to go back down there// its gonna to be strange cuz we will have our little boy with us next time. i dont think it has fully hit me that we are having this baby but i do know that i do already love him soo much/ i wish he was here already so i can see his cute little face! well here some pic from our trip. enjoy. ill try to do another update next drs appt.

one last thing before i go i just want to thank chris's family for everything that they did for us to make our baby shower perfect. i love it/ and i love all of you cant wait to see you all again!!

Its a BOY!!

well some exciting news, we just found out that we are gonna have a boy.. we are naming him Bentlee Christopher. i never thought i would love something this much.. it still hasnt fulling hit me that we are having a boy but i love him all the same.
man once i told chris we were having a boy he didnt believe me. he wanted one so bad. so to prove that we were having our little boy i showed me his little package and man was he excited.. i mean like uber excited. im happy he got his little boy first but all im saying now is in a few years when we try again i better get my little girl now. lol. Well the dr. said everything was normal and that baby was looking good so that always a great thing.
its crazy to think that im halfway done. its so surreal. like in 20 more weeks or so ill have my little boy in my arms. CRAZY. i cant wait!!

Cali bound and more

So for the past few days ive been in cali, and it has been wonderful. nice weather pretty much nice everything.. i really miss it here but i know living in utah is whats best for us. so before i go on about cali ill let u know whats been happening in our life so far.. as of may 1st i am 16 weeks prego and loving it. we will get to find out the sex of our baby on the 25th of this month and is super excited. this is what we have been waiting for pretty much the moment we found out we were prego. so hopefully time goes by fast so we wont have to wait anymore. the sad part about the whole finding out what we are having is that chris wont be able to make.. he FINALLY found a job and will have to work that day but all is good. they said they are gonna give me a cd of the whole thing so it will be kinda like he was there when we watch it. ok so back to cali now. the past days ive been here have been super fun. lets see i got here saturday may 1st and ill be leaving sunday may 9th. sunday i got to have a girls night with my in law and invited our favorite person courtney delcid.. we laughed our asses off pretty much the whole time and i almost peed my pants cuz of her. pretty much the funnest girls nite thus far. then on monday i got to hang out with my friend crystina (who by the way is prego too) man fun times with her.. we totally went to staters and by the time we got back to her place we forgot that we bought stuff. dang our prego brains. we arent a good combination rite now if u want us to remember something lol. now yesterday finally got to hang out with the bestie(jessica). she took me to get some yummy rosa maries and when we got back to her place i dropped my on the floor.. but i was sooo hungry that i still ate it lol.. 5sec rule. and i finally had starbucks for the first while being prego,, it was delicious. today we will be even funner with her. we will have the whole day to go on adventures.. there is never a dull moment when we are hanging out. wonder what the rest of my weeks holds for me before i go back to utah and see my hubby. i must some days are harder then other being away from him but i know as soon as i get home to his arms it will be like i never left, he truly is the best husband that any girl could ask for. love him to death. well i will keep you updated on the baby stuff since i know you all are dying to know what we are having.. til next time, peace
